Founded in the summer of 2005 as an inter-generational mentoring initiative with the student and retired programs of the Illinois Education Association, the Living Library is an online professional network of K-12 teachers who share best practice and serve as models for young educators entering the profession.  The project  infuses 21st Century skills into the art of teaching and uses the latest technologies to profile leaders of the profession.  Read more about our philosophy of education.
